Why we need your support
Shopping with us or donating items for us to sell helps fund our compassionate care.
We help you to find out what help is available if you need it. We can offer a wide variety of support, including:
We talk openly about dying and bereavement and help you deal with your worries and think about how you can cope.
We listen to children and young people to understand their needs. When a significant adult in their lives is ill or has died, it is important to understand what support they need too.
We can also make enquiries and arrange safeguards with you if you are at risk of abuse or neglect. We help you to make use of the resources and legal powers that are available for you.

If you or your loved one has a life-limiting illness, we have lots of helpful resources to ensure you get the support you need.
All our services are provided free of charge. We rely on the support of our community to ensure we can continue to provide this service.
We work very hard to provide the highest standards of care and service to you, your families, and our supporters. However, we are aware that we may not always get it right.
We hope you will tell us when we have got things right for you and perhaps when things did not go so well. It is very important to us that we hear from you so that we can use your feedback to continually improve our services. You can fill in this online form to leave feedback.

We see whole people living within whole families, rather than as individuals with a set of specific problems to solve. We seek to understand the connections of life. We aim to support people as they come to terms with what is happening to them or someone close to them. We also support them to continue to live as they choose for as long as they can.
