Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to remember them and celebrate their life. We are incredibly grateful for any gifts we receive, which will help us to make sure that we can provide specialist care to anyone with a life-limiting illness and their family.
There are many ways to remember someone in support of the hospice:
Make a donation or fundraise in memory
It’s easy to make a donation in memory of a loved one on our website. Please remember to tell us who the gift is in memory of. Donations can made simply from our home page.
You might want to organise a fundraising event in memory of your loved one. To talk through your plans and discuss any support you might need, please call the fundraising team on
01246 567250 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for advice and suggestions.
Another way you can celebrate the life of a loved one is by dedicating a leaf on our Tree of Life at the hospice. This is a special way of making sure that the memory of the person lives on. For more information on how to organise a leaf on our memory tree, please email email@example.com.
Many of our supporters choose to request donations to Ashgate Hospicecare instead of sending flowers, which is a lovely way to remember a loved one and recognise our work. If you’d like to request special envelopes for a funeral collection, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
